About Job:
In this role, you will be responsible for Document and optimize Flight Ops Processes through impartial and independent analysis. Manage process life cycle through design, implementation, optimization, redesign and renewal in harmony with the organization’s strategic goals. Work collaboratively across all departments in Flight Ops to provide consulting and process support. Use a systematic approach to continuously improve process effectiveness and efficiency while striving for innovation, flexibility, and integration with technology.
About You:
To be successful in this role you must have a minimum 3-5 years of core airline operations and or scheduling experience. Possess experience facilitating JAD sessions, working groups or workshop with multidisciplinary teams. Possess experience in requirements gathering and requirements-definition in support of improved business processes or information systems. Solid experience in process development, analysis and workflow design techniques. Airline operations and planning experience.
